Potomac State Baseball Winter Camp

Potomac State Baseball will be holding their annual indoor winter baseball camps on the campus of Potomac State College.

These camps are an incredible chance for players to improve their skills and get a jump start on their upcoming season.

In addition CAMP II is a great opportunity for high school players that are interested in attending Potomac State, so that coaches can evaluate their skill level and players can see all that Potomac State has to offer their student-athletes.

When:   HITTING CAMP I-   Sunday, January 14, 2018   For players ages 6-12

               HITTING CAMP II- Sunday, January 21, 2018   For players ages 13-17

               PITCHING-   Sunday, January 28, 2018     For players ages 8-14

Where:   Potomac State College- Lough Gymnasium- Keyser, WV 26726

Time:  Hitting Camps 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm   (Registration 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm) 

            Pitching Camp 1:00 pm- 3:00 pm    (Registration 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm)

Instructors:  Current Potomac State Players and Coaches

Camp Goals:  Join the coaches and players at Potomac State College and learn the latest in hitting and pitching techniques during this one day intensive camp. Instructors leading this camp will focus on preparing hitters to compete at a high level. Learn the basics of being a successful hitter with lessons on mechanics, quality drills, developing a plan, and mental skills. Our purpose is to provide each camper with the instruction and encouragement needed to develop individual skills to a greater level.

Cost:   ** $50.00 for hitting camp / $40.00 for pitching camp

Note:  Campers will be divided by age and skill level. Due to limited enrollment, pre-registration is strongly encouraged. All campers should bring baseball bats and gloves, batting helmets, batting gloves, batting helmets, tennis shoes for indoor use, caps and uniform pants or clothes suitable for play.
